Compliance

1. You confirm that you know the original course fees and that LearnCollab Pte Ltd has not overcharged.
2. You understand that you are attending the course without any incentives, benefits, or monetary rewards from LearnCollab Pte Ltd.
3. You acknowledge the attendance requirements and understand that not meeting them may affect your assessment results.
4. You are aware that passing the assessment is based on your skills and competency, with no guaranteed passing rate from LearnCollab Pte Ltd.
5. You agree that LearnCollab Pte Ltd is not liable for your assessment outcomes, which depend on your performance.
6. You indemnify LearnCollab Pte Ltd and its staff from any claims or losses related to your course performance or failure to meet requirements.

For courses with practical lessons

1. You understand the risks involved in using LearnCollab's scaffolding and accept responsibility for learning about these risks from LearnCollab's trainer.
2. You agree to use the scaffolding responsibly, follow all rules and regulations, and ensure your actions do not put others at risk.
3. You confirm that you will not use the scaffolding or join activities if you are under the influence of any substances that might affect your judgment or if you have a medical condition, such as back injuries, that may add risk. You will let LCPL know about any such condition in advance.

For courses with online assessment

1. Under the Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Council guidelines, LearnCollab will capture photos during the online assessment process as a mandatory compliance measure.
2. By providing your consent, you agree to the capture of photos for identity verification, compliance, and audit purposes. These photos will only be used as required by LearnCollab and affiliated entities, including WSH and the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
3. You acknowledge and consent to the upload of your training records, including test results, to the Training Record System (TRS) using your NRIC or FIN number.
