Our workplace is constantly evolving and with that, so are the laws and regulations governing it. Staying updated with the latest change is critical to ensuring that our workplace practices are compliant and sustainable. In addition, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) is a key piece of legislation that governs the use of personal data in Singapore. The PDPA protects the personal data of individuals in Singapore and ensures that organisations handling personal data to do so in a responsible and transparent manner.
